新しい章のはじまり

しばらく投稿していませんでしたが、今日はその沈黙を破る価値のある日です。

約2年半前、私たちは大きな壁にぶつかりました。あるセキュリティの問題をきっかけに、会社のあり方を見直さざるを得なくなり、チームにも実際に変化がありました。ちょうど同じ頃、あるお客様からの入金が滞り、資金繰りにも大きな影響が出ました。正直、しばらくは先の見えない時期が続きました。

決して楽な数か月ではなかった、とだけは正直に書いておきます。ただ、こうした厳しい時期こそ、自分たちが本当はどんな会社なのか——そして、誰が一緒に未来をつくろうとしてくれるのか——がはっきり見えてきます。

そして、そのパートナーが見つかりました。本日、TECH CREW株式会社はクックビズグループの子会社となりました。以前の親会社より規模は小さいですが、私にとってはそこがむしろ魅力です。目指す方向やターゲット市場が近く、何よりそこにいる人たちが本当に良い人たちで、グループ自体も成長の途上にあります。上り坂にある組織に加わることには、確かな熱量があります。

私たちと同じように、クックビズもあらゆる方向からの競争に直面しています。だからこそ、自社プロダクトを一緒に伸ばすだけでなく、私たちのITとAIの力をグループ全体に還元し、いずれは新しいプロダクトを共に生み出していけたら——そう願っています。

新しい章の始まりです。ここまで導いてくれた仲間に感謝し、これから共に築いていく仲間との時間を楽しみにしています。

A new chapter for TECH CREW

I haven't posted in about two weeks, but today is worth breaking the silence for.

About two and a half years ago, we hit a wall. A security issue forced us to rethink how we operate, and it meant real changes to our team. Around the same time, a customer didn't pay what they owed us, and that hit our cash flow hard. For a while, things were genuinely uncertain.

I won't pretend those months were easy. But the hard stretches are where you find out who you really are as a company — and who's willing to build with you.

We found that partner. Today, TECH CREW has become a subsidiary of Cookbiz. They're a smaller group than our previous parent company, but that's part of what excites me. We share similar goals and target markets, the people are genuinely good, and the group is growing. There's real energy in joining something on its way up.

Like all of us, Cookbiz is facing competition from every direction. My hope is that we don't just grow our own product alongside them, but bring our IT and AI capabilities to the whole group — and maybe build entirely new products together down the road.

New chapter. Grateful for the people who got us here, and excited for the ones we're building with next.
